I'm a driven, goal-oriented business professional with considerable experience providing exceptional performance in operations and business management, senior-level executive management, personnel management, project management, event planning, and domestic/international travel. I've been building partnerships with vendors and service providers for many years, and I only work with the best.
I have a proven track record of exceeding objectives and increasing operational efficiency through implementation of processes, strategies, and policies which result in the reduction of various operating expenses. Through my efforts in travel program consulting for Hilite International, I was able to reduce the annual travel spend by half a million dollars in the first year. My ability to develop people and lead teams to achieve objectives has enabled me to accomplish much in the corporate environment.
Throughout my career in the corporate sector, I also have a history of successful development and delivery of training materials, i.e. legal continuing education courses as well as professional training courses on organizational techniques, software applications, and utilizing software documentation.
During the time I was Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO of Hilite, International based in Cleveland, OH, I took note that all non-corporate members of Hilite's board were consultants who had formed their own LLC; none had administrative help. When Hilite was acquired in the summer of 2011, I again took note that many of those involved in the transaction were consultants who had formed an LLC; many had no administrative help. When the new owners announced that the corporate office of Hilite International was to be moved to Germany, I formed my own LLC.
My niche is managing entrepreneurs and semi-retired executives leaving the corporate world. Many former corporate executives become members of boards of directors for corporations and have a harder time keeping up with their schedules and responsibilities as they no longer have an executive/personal assistant. As is the case with the entrepreneur always, semi-retired executives have more irons in the fire AFTER they leave the corporate world. Therefore, it is extremely important to have a single point of contact; a trusted liaison.
